At the conclusion of the session, the participants should be able to:
- Discuss the results of the TIME study and assess why time-in-range is an important outcome measure for diabetes.
- Outline tangible ways to improve diabetes care among low-income patients.
- Identify interventions community health workers can use to address healthcare disparities among diabetic patients.
