Ms. Keefer joined Press Ganey Forsta in 2022 and brings over 10 years of combined clinical, healthcare administration, and leadership experience in delivering the optimal human experience in healthcare. Prior to joining Press Ganey Forsta, she worked in both academic medicine and private health systems to improve the patient experience through strategic planning and process improvement. She has 6 years of clinical experience serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy. As an advisor within the Centers of Excellence, Michelle provides real time strategic support for clients engaging in improvement work, data insights identification, training and education on best practice and strategic planning. She partners with healthcare organizations virtually and on-site to identify insights, provide recommendations, prioritize actions, and build programs that have led to meaningful improvements.
