Needs Statement

Physicians, residents, fellows, and medical students involved in the care of patients with neurological diseases need to receive regular updates on new advances and emerging evidence in the field of neurology. The aim of the series is to increase clinical knowledge and to review evidence-based guidelines and treatments to enhance the quality of neurological care and improve patient outcomes.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Baylor College of Medicine and the Barrow Neurological Institute. Baylor College of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Baylor College of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
