The West Virginia Board of Medicine requires 50 credits each MD AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ every two years.
30 credits related to the physician’s designed specialty must be acquired.
West Virginia Topics Requirements
A minimum of 3 hours of CME is required in prescribing controlled substances and drug diversion only for physicians who prescribe, administer or dispense controlled substances.
