The Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners requires up to 40 hours of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ every two years.
Nevada Topics Requirements
Nevada physicians must complete the following state-specific CME requirements:
2 CME credits in Ethics, Pain Management, or Addiction Care
At least 2 CME credits every 4 years in Suicide Detection, Intervention, and Prevention
4 CME credits in Bioterrorism (covering medical consequences of terrorism involving weapons of mass destruction) – one-time requirement
