Needs Statement

Physicians, residents, fellows, and medical students involved in the care of patients with neurological diseases need to be regularly updated on new advances and emerging evidence in the field of neurology. The aim of the series is to increase clinical knowledge and to review evidence-based guidelines and treatments to enhance the quality of patient care and outcomes.

Educational Objectives

At the conclusion of the session, the participants should be able to:

  • Describe the comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders.
  • Discuss evidence-based practice guidelines and standards relevant to neurology.
  • Identify the most cost-effective treatment options and pros/cons of certain treatments based on practice outcomes.
